- When I wake up: breakfast (kellogs, milk, fresh juice)
- Before lunch, I go jogging for 20 minutes

i'm being forced to go to a mexican restaurant today for lunch.
i was orignally going to go with a chicken fajita salad without that crispy shell, however, i looked it up and it has an average of 750 calories with 30 grams of fat.
