			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">As a member of the fitness club, perhaps you&#8217;ve heard the myths of exercise there. Apparently, some things are not true. Examples like the following:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Myth: There is no need to train the whole body, sufficient training in the troubled parts of the body only.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Fact: This is a false statement because muscle of specific body parts, such as arms, always associated with the surrounding muscles, such as the shoulder muscles, back and chest. Therefore, &#8216;invite&#8217; the whole body for exercise to produce your ideal body shape.<span id="more-281"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Myth: Exercise regularly at the gym to make the body muscular.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Fact: Although muscles will get stronger with less fat, but your body will turn into big. To build muscle you want, do repetition exercises with light weight.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. Myth: The harder practice, more and more benefits.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Fact: Not always. If you practice too hard, the possibility of injury increases. When suddenly felt sick, you stop exercising immediately. Instead, practice according to your ability.</p>
