Feeling disgusting, fat, and unmotivated.?
I am on the road to overcoming my eating disorder and depression, but while taking that road, I have also gained about 20 lbs along the way. There are days when I feel good, but on most occasions, I feel so disgusting that I can't even concentrate. Just the fact that I have a slight belly and some love handles… I just can't stand. I know there are plenty of people out there who are several pounds above their ideal weight, but how do these people carry on in their daily lives without feeling down right crappy about themselves? Due to my weight gain, my face has become round and fuller, but the only upside is a bigger chest and butt size. lol

I just wish that these feelings wouldn't bother me so much. I mean, even when I look at other women who are slightly chubby, I still think most of them are really pretty. If anything, the weight makes them look cuter and healthier. It doesn't help that my ex-bf was very critical of my weight.
