Is there any excersices I can do to lose weight..?

is there any excersices I can do to lose weight while sitting down on a chair?

You can turn your fingers into a claw and claw the air between your palms with both palms. At the same time, you should lift up your legs three inches from the ground and raise them to your chin and then take them back to three inches high again. Try to lift another chair with your feet under the chair's armrests.

You can ask for a list of exercises from any airline that you can do during long haul flights. You can repeat these when you are sitting on a chair.

  1. Yes.

If you substitute "chair" for "saddle," you might enjoy spinning, which burns up to 700 calories per hour, depending on your individual metabolism. There are also regular exercise bikes where you can sit down, and some machines allow you to use your legs while reclining the upper body.

If you are sitting in a normal chair and just want to exercise, you can try bench dips for the triceps (see link below) while holding on to the edge of the chair or try lifting each leg while placing resistance (such as a dumbbell) on the front of the thigh.

there are too many exercises that you can choose from - most people drop out as exercise is a discipline and takes a while to get addictive - so it will help if you were to just start your exercise routine by walking 20 minutes every day for at least 5 days a week for a minimum period of a month - and within that month go online and check any number of websites that introduce you to exercise routines indoors / outdoors / at a gym etc…

  3. Running is the only way I ever lost weight and it gives you washboard abs… I am thin already but felt the pudge building on around my belly & bum… running gave me slim legs and a flat belly.. walking will never be enough so get your load your ipod and get moving

  4. Walking is the best exercise. Go for walking 6 to 7 a.m. after drinking water in your empty stomach. If possible do some yoga exercise after learning from a yoga master.

  5. That kinda defeats the purpose of exercising, doesn't it? I suppose you could do leg lifts or something.

  6. NO
