i usually eat like this: one day around 3000 kcals, than 2 next days 1500 and 1500

Its normal for sure! Buuuut i would tell you that it is better for you if you eat the same amount every day, and exercise daily too. Your body kinda runs on consistency… you eat 3000 cals on day and your body is expecting that much the next day, trying to get on a balanced schedule.
Depend what the calorie intake is. Because you eat that way, what are you actually consuming. Be consistant, stop the rollercoasting. Make sure you get greens, fruits, and protein.
