PLEASE if i eat just 100 calorie snacks drink water (or water with crystal light in it) and slim-fast stuff?

is that health
most people say sticking to one thing is hard and boring
so why not mixing it up
i wanna lose
25 pounds so i can be 105 pounds right now im 130
can i be skinny but sempber when school starts next year
im going to go running and biking im getting a pool so i will be swimming and i dance 4 hours monday-fridayy
i wanna be skinny please help


Skinny girls are not pretty girls!! they look like skeletons with a little skin stretched over them!

and how long have you been dancing 4 hours a day?? that is more than enough exercise!! you probably have lots of muscle and not any fat on your bod!! MUSCLE weighs about twice as much as fat does!! You probably cannot lose any weight!!

snacks are not healthy eating!! Your dance coach will not approve of this attitude or idea at all. To be a good dancer you must first be good to your body!! This means eating a healthy food plan. A little meat of some sort and a large salad with lots of goodies on it and some fruit three times a day.

  1. thats good that you exsercise but you cant just eat cal packs and slim fast and crystal lite you also need protein and calcium and stuff like that im not saying its not good to eat slim fast because i use it myself i am just saying you need to have a well arranged meals and snacks and change it up a little just do the normal common sense stuff like excersise and eat a balanced days worth of food and you should be able to lose weight

  2. first of all there is nothing wrong with 130 pounds and depending on your height and stuff, 105 pounds may be too skinny.
    second-you need to eat healthy foods and sadly the 100-calorie packs are not always it. stick to fresh fruits and vegetables. avoid food that is high in sugar and salt. foods that have partially hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup are not healthy. try to avoid red meat. you should never allow yourself to not eat something, just eat things in moderation and read labels!
