Toning your body?

Alright, unfortunately, I am too poor to afford my own personal trainer, so I want to do this on my own… but I am not sure which exercises works nice for which parts of your body.

Could somebody just give me an overview of exercises to tone my entire body? From head to toe? I'm already doing crunches, sit ups, push ups, lunges and squats and the occasional yoga stretches. I have no idea if it's enough and how many I need to do a day, or how many hours a week I need to exercise.

Advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

OK, this whole body toning routine should suit you fine:

Do the routine 3-4 times per week for 20-30 minutes per session.

It sculpts, tones, strenghtens and defines all your muscle groups, all at 1 go, all in 1 exercise session, to give you a well-proportioned, well-balanced body physique.

For better health and heart-fitness, throw in a routine of cardio exercise, 3-4 times per week for at least 30 mins per session, to go with the body toning.

Don't know which cardio exercise to do? Here's one guide that can give you some idea: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/cardi…

I would advise you to visit bodybuilding forums, they have everything you need to know there, the hard part is figuring out your diet,as not everyone can tolerate the same foods.
