What are some good exercises to slim down my thighs?




i work out on the elliptical! it's a great work-out for the whole body and you can do it in 30 minutes.

    Unfortunately there is no way to pinpoint fat burning in your body. You can tone your muscles by exercising your legs but your body will choose where the fat loss comes from. ex: while you excersise your legs, you may notice your face and arms are thinning but your legs are not. It's worth a shot though.

  2. You cannot spot reduce. A combination of healthy eating and exercise will help you lose fat all over. You can do specific exercises, like the others mentioned, to build muscle in your thighs
