Is the reason im so hungry because ive been working out so much?
ive been runnign 3-4 miles daily, 150 crunches all ways, 20 minute pilates. and sometimes i add in machines at the gym for the entire body to tone up more.
since ive been doing this everyday (well 6 times a week) and eating 1200-1400 cals, could that be why i was so hungry today? i had about 1700 calories today..i know that is REALLY bad, but i was so hungry.
could my metabolism be getting faster makin me hungrier?
please help

Your body must have atleast 500 some calories to operate, correct?
Imagine this: you wake up and work out, burning an immense 2000 calories (I know that this is EXTREMELY unreasonable but it demonstrates a point), thus your net calorie count is at
-2000 calories.
Your body is DESPERATE for more calories. It NEEDS
NEEDS NEEDS NEEDS NEEDS NEEDS NEEDS a large amount of calories to restore that gap to normal!
If you burn a lot of calories, your body naturally compensates by making you hungrier; making you consume more calories.
P.S.-You should probably be getting atleast 1800 -2000 calories a day…
your at a great weight
im just like you too, im always hungry
try eating slower when u do eat
and eat a lil not a lot but a lil more protein to hold you over to you next meal
