What Bob failed to realize is that P90X is not a diet. Which is why I reported him, because he is just spamming.
Anyway, no one can really answer if P90X will work for you. Because no one but you can push play everyday and no one but you can make sure you are following the nutrition plan.
With all of that said, before you start any exercise program you should always see your doctor and get a physical.
