		<description>Well, I think the reason is stress.  When under stress, many people eat a lot and do not get enough sleep.  To prevent this try making a schedule and most of all DO NOT OVERWORK YOURSELF.  Try eating healthy foods too.  It might help.</description>

		<description>i swear to GOD its the stress. thats why you&#039;re having skin problems. when you get stressed out your skin produces extra oils which will cause you to break out. so as hard as it is being an honors student, try relaxing more. and the weight gain also stems from stress. it happened to me too. actually exercising is a double whammy. It relieves stress and will get you feeling better about your body. If you&#039;re not into running or weight lifting, kick boxing or zumba classes are always a blast and burn tons of calories. good luck!</description>
