Has anyone ever tried that diet pill Alli? ( or Xenocal)?
Just curious, did you gain weight back after you stopped using it?
I've tried Xenical and Alli—it does keep fat from processing, but you will have weird bowel movements. Mostly wet and you can also have uncontrollable secretions just by "farting". So, you may want to be careful or have another pair of underwear. In addition, they are both really expensive. Having this medication is not an excuse to binge on HIGH FAT foods.
The first time I did Alli, I did gain the weight back. Now I am back on it, and going to have to stay on it, because that was aweful!!
