Im skinny, how can i get abs.?

5'8 , 115 pounds.
what do i do?
how many cruches? or any other stuff. i have all the time in the world but i dont have wieghts and stuff.


well I am also a pretty skinny kid, but i do have a six pack, and I'm damn proud of it. The truth is everyone has abs its just whether or not you have fat over them or not.

these following exercises should allow you too see those bad boys:

3 sets of crunches (repetitions of 30 and up)
3 sets of Russian twists with medicine ball (repetitions of 30 and up)
3 sets of double crunches (repetitions of 20 and up)
3 sets of leg lifts (repetitions of 20 and up)
and a 5 km run or more to burn some calories off your stomach
do this every day and you'll have a six pack in a month or two at the max.

  1. do 2 sets of 100 sit ups every day and eat a lot of bananas seriously it worked for me

  2. sit ups and crunches…. lots and lots of 'em… and if that gets to easy, add holding some weights on your chest.
