One of  researches in the U.S. showed that women who consumed many soybean since children have lower risk of breast cancer when they are elderly. Previous studies showed the relationship between soy consumption and breast cancer risk. It also showed that consumption of soybean in the enough measure can prevent and provide the most powerful protection when it is consumed since children.

The research involved nearly 1,600 Asian-American women, 600 of them suffering from breast cancer. Women who regularly consumes soybean in infancy, have 58 percent smaller risk of breast cancer than women who are consuming a little soybean.

Meanwhile, consumption of soy on a regular basis in the adult associated with the 25 percent decrease in breast cancer risk. However, researchers warn that although the findings are positive, that’s not enough to declare for the increase in soybean foods of children. They suggest for further research.
