<li>Drinking lots of fluids. Normally, recommended to consume at least 8 glass of fluid per day.</li>
<li>Energy drinks can encourage people to drink more fluids because of the actual taste and the high sodium in it.</li>
<li>Avoid beverages containing caffeine and alcohol, both of them can cause dehydration.</li>
<li>Avoid beverages that contain carbonate because burning can cause inflation and prevent the consumption of liquids.</li>
<li>Wearing light colored cloth that can be absorbed.</li>
<li>Try to be in a cool place, protected from the sun and use sunblock to protect the skin at any time.</li>
