Here is my plan:

7 days a week:
-50 sit-ups
-15min skipping
Once a week:
-Swimming (freestyle and breathstroke) for 30min
-One walk/run/bike ride (whichever i feel like)aprox 40min
Diet:
I already eat a wide variety of veges/meat/cereals. Making a effort to cut down proportions.
