Diet question please help?! what am i doing wrong???
I excercise almost every day doing crunches, pilates, jump roping, lunges, and various excersises like that.
I drink lots of green tea. I only eat good food, like i eat reallyyy healthy. I consume probably only aboutt 15g of fat per day, and some days i avoid fat all together. I couldnt possibly eat any healthier.
but I cant seem to get rid of the fat on my lower tummy, my back, and lovehandles.
what can i do?!?!? i reallyyy need to have a great body by swimsuit season im playing beach volleyball & i need to look good! please help!
well crunches dont usually work very well. i found the excersizes in seventeen magazine work very well. they give you like 6 every issue.
its good you are eating very healthy but it might not be for your body type. different factors like how much you way or how active you are has to do with the amount of fat, calories, sugars etc.
i hope you can get into shape
maybe join a gym???
you need to excercise to tone your muscles. right now youmight not weigh alot, but your muscles are all fat and soft. ig you tone them, you will see better results.
