Help me set some health goals for tomorow?
Tomorow is saturday. Ill be up by 7 30, I want to make some goals to meet tomorow. like how much to eat, how much to exersice ,what exersise to do
Any suggestions?
Weathers bad so gyms and outdoor excersices are out
I do not know what your eating habits are but I will tell you what I am doing tomorrow.
cardio 45-60 min. this includes crunches also
1200-1300 calories for the day
keep a diet journal, write down everything you eat and the calories.
do not eat after dinner
no fast food
any cardiio video will do or treadmill but do not walk too slow or you will not get a cardio workout.

do some crunches or dance around when u wake up, or do a fitness dvd. Eat healthy but enjoy a good treat
