I just got cleared to play from an injury?

i broke my foot really badly and ive been recovering for a while…and i play soccer and i have a huge showcase coming up on june 27th and i need to drop like 5-10 pounds and get back into shape….whats the best way to lose the weight? just exercise and eating healthy?


Yes, you are right. Just exercise and eat healthy. Its May 31st now, you have a month to lose that weight.

Although you may not lose 10 pounds, you'll lose a healthy amount. But, I will promise you'll lose weight between now and that time if you exercise and eat healthy.
