I weigh 228 and im very built but i have alot of water weight on me still…..?

wut should i do should i buy a water loss supplement or wut?


Water weight? Were you pregnant? There should be no water weight. poop or pee and the water that you drank is gone, you do not need a supplement for that!!!!!!

  1. Be very careful when buying water pills. They are made especially for people with severe water retention. When you push on your legs does it leave an indent? just sitting on your leg? If so get a doctor's help because you will need Vitamin D mega doses so you don't get sick and die. BTW you will be peeing every 5 minutes for as long as you take the pills so don't plan on leaving home else you'll have an accident.

    If you are doing this as a diet this is how you do it. Drink a BUNCH of water for say 3 days. Not so much you die of course but carry around a water bottle and drink as much as you can manage without getting sick. Then stop on the fourth day. It will trick your body into releasing all it's extra water because it's going to think more water is coming so no problem I'll get rid of this. In a few days you'll drop 5 or 10 pounds. This is what all those crazy 3 day hollywood juice diets do. It's misleading. You THINK you've lost weight but you just lose water. As soon as you start drinking normally again you'll gain the weight back.

  2. Water loss supplement? Unless you have edema, you probably don't need that.

    Usually what people call water weight or bloating is just fat. Try cutting back on carbs and increasing protein intake. Also, eat lots of fiber. You should see a change in a matter of days. If not, then it's probably fat.
