Will i lose the weight with this program?
okay so weightlifting 3 times a week as well as h.i.i.t. cardio 3 times a week
i eat 5 meals a day of all healthy food
i eat untill im full
if im still hungry after the last meal i eat vegetables
will this make me lose weight?..am i missing anything?…any tips?
you hav to watch your portion sizes,even if its healthy food…keep yourself active as much as possible and good luck..
