Help on dieting?

okay..so i really want to lose weight..but after seeing food i lose control…i really want to lose about 42 lbs by summer time..any ideas of what i should do?..o yea..i dont want to b anorexic or bulimic…plzz help


you will never lose 42 pounds by summer. you should lose around 10 pounds a month. i acheived this by running!

  1. I'm not one to talk, I need to lose about 30lbs myself, and I love food. Of course I know I should quit after being full, but just the taste of some foods I just love. But anyhow, cut out all sweets, eat breakfast, a cereal with fruit … oatmeal is good. Lunch should be light and have chicken or fish for dinner along with a vegetable. And excerise when you can, I have some excerise videos but I'm afraid they're collecting dust.
