How much weight would I lose if I kept up this diet for a week?
Here is some info:
I am 13
I weigh 86 pounds
I am 5 foot 1 inch
THE DIET: I do not eat breakfast or lunch, I eat dinner, but nothing else.
I exercise a lot.

you're pretty thin and I'm sure everyone is going to say this, but you don't need to lose weight.
That being said, it really depends on what you eat for dinner and I would actually advise eating something for breakfast and lunch to keep your metabolism up. Even if it's really small, like one or two baby carrots every few hours, it can make a big difference on your metabolism! Still depends on dinner, but I'd say around 4 pounds in a week
1. Your under weight your BMI (body-mass-index for teens) is 16.2, a healthy weight is 18.
2. That "diet" will cause you to gain even more wight in the end. and make you feel like your dying. Plus, you'll binge.
3. That's not healthy for a 13yr old.
4. You weight is fine you ARE NOT FAT! Don't listen to the media. You DO NOT need to lose weight or else there will be NOTHING there. Then people may wonder if you are either HIV infected or anorexic. Both will land you into some form of a hospital. But the way you are going it sounds like yo should already be in some sort of eating disorder/self esteem program.
5. Don't do it.
You're not going to lose much weight over the period of a week, but I would say a pound or two, though you may not actually be losing weight, it would probably just be due to the lower amount of food in your body. A diet like this is not healthy and will ultimately slow down your metabolism causing you to gain weight.
they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
it helps you lost weight better than if you didnt eat it.
don't worry about it. you seem thin enough as it is. and you're only 13
not alot of weight would be lost ..but doing without breakfast is a no no more people lose weight then eating a breakfast then not eating 1 at all
