How to "tone up" as much as possible in two weeks?
I have two weeks until graduation and a pool party, and I want to tone up..starting NOW! Hahaha, what are some ways to do this? THANKS!!!
Well two weeks is a pretty short time to get fit. But you can accomplish a lot if you so Strength training twice per day.
Also make sure you eat high quality protein with very little fat in it.
Strength Training is what you should concentrait on as oposed to aerobic training. Both forms of exercise are good for you but they do different things. You should do crunches which are mini set ups, from both sides and then staight up as well. Dips are also good. You can do those at a school yard play ground. Leg lifts are also great for your abdominal muscles. Push ups and Pull ups. If you don't have weights use milk jugs filled with water. You should make the wieght enough to do 12 to 15 reps before your muscles fatigue out. If you know someone who has some gym equipment or a Soloflex or Bowflex machine ask to use it for the two weeks.
Wow you should have thought about that way back when trainers and everyone else was saying to get in shape before summer strikes. You can lose 1-2lbs of per week. I'd suggest you get with a qualified Fitness Professional who can guarantee results in 21days or so. But honestly, you didn't gain in 2weeks, therefore what in the world makes you think you can lose it that fast?
do a lot of muscle training. lift like crazy then feel sore like crazy
