Will this diet work. And how much should i expect to lose in one month.?

I am 22 year old male, 5.11 and 260 pound. Ok i have not been on a diet for a long time and so i do have my water weight. I am planning to diet for 1 month/30 days.

600 pound a day:
- energy drink ( redbull)
- Milk
-Dates
-walnuts
-carrot and carrot juice
-lettuce
- fruits .

Ok i am not going to have all of these in one day. I am just saying these are the foods that i will eat/drink in my diet. But the max calorie would b 600/per day.

And also 2 hours of not heavy aerobic excercises/ day every day . Like walking, aerobic training machines, swimming and such.

If i can successfuly perform this diet , how much calories would i lose in 1 month.

Few things i know and i dont want to hear in my answer

- Its water weight, you will gain it back ( i know )
- Its not healthy ( i know that. thats not my question)
-healthy is 2 pounds per week. ( i know)
- Surgury. ( not a fan of surguries or lifo suction. will never consider it, ever).

Thanks for answers *_*.

You might want to cut the redbull out.

  1. I suggest that you take time to find a good guide on weight loss and dieting. Weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt.
Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way.

Here is a link to my guide which I have used to burn over 45 LBS
They can teach you how to lose 9 pounds every 11 days…The Right way.

    good luck

  2. i like your diet, it takes you for only one week and it is start jump.

  3. Try the Wu-Yi Diet: http://WuYiTeaDiet.info

It's a Chinese tea based diet and has helped me lose 8 lbs. in the past 2 weeks.

  4. I highly doubt you can last more than 2 or 3 days on that diet. If you successfully did it, I suppose you would lose 3 or 4 pounds a week.

This sounds like a horrible idea.

  5. Well seriously, you would lose 10 - 11 pounds.
    IF that was even possible.
If you consume 600 calories and every day you burn at least 1 200 calories to live, plus 600 calories from excercising, then you would lose 1 200 a day… then you times it by how many days 30 and you get 36 000 calories burnt divide it by a pound ( 3 600 ) to get the final weight loss

    10 - 11 pounds.

Though this diet is impossible to achieve. Ya I knwo you didn't want to hear this but whatever!
You body will shut down after 2 weeks, and you wont have enough energy to get to the fridge door to grab your water and walnuts.
You can lose 8 pounds a month, and you wont lose your energy, and it wont be as hard for you.

    I really recommend it but
your total weight loss would be 11 pounds.
