You do you gain calve muscles?

I'm a runner, and always have been, but for some reason I have stick legs. I got thunder thighs( well not "thunder"), but I have no calve muscles. Any thing that will work is appreciated.


your probably super skinny or sumthing.. 'coz if that's the case, you won't see it that good, it's probably there, but not very big in size

I don't normally look at my calves, but recently I glimpsed the back of my legs in the mirror and I noticed I had some pretty nice calves :) Since I don't specifically work my calves in my workouts, I attributed it to the step classes I've been taking. You can step with the whole foot, which will work your butt more, or you can step with your toe–the toe will work your calves. The same goes for the stairmaster.

  2. Calf raises until you cry.

  3. jumping ropes might help. it also helps groww tallerrr dat's wat i heard
