   There is no cure for Type II (Type I can be cured with a pancreas transplant) but you can eat fewer carbs and sugar and more green vegetables and work out to help to manage the disease.

   Diabetes cannot be cured, type 1 maybe with a pancreas transplant.

   Type 1 AND two can be cured with a pancreas transplant. Other than that….no cure.

   ya'll are wrong, there IS a cure, but the drug companies and such dont want you to know, or else they'll get outta business!
