As a member of the fitness club, perhaps you’ve heard the myths of exercise there. Apparently, some things are not true. Examples like the following:
1. Myth: There is no need to train the whole body, sufficient training in the troubled parts of the body only.
Fact: This is a false statement because muscle of specific body parts, such as arms, always associated with the surrounding muscles, such as the shoulder muscles, back and chest. Therefore, ‘invite’ the whole body for exercise to produce your ideal body shape.
2. Myth: Exercise regularly at the gym to make the body muscular.
Fact: Although muscles will get stronger with less fat, but your body will turn into big. To build muscle you want, do repetition exercises with light weight.
3. Myth: The harder practice, more and more benefits.
Fact: Not always. If you practice too hard, the possibility of injury increases. When suddenly felt sick, you stop exercising immediately. Instead, practice according to your ability.
