1. Do not force yourself to always stay with relatives, or friends who come to visit. The arrival of them is fun, but do not ignore your rest time, especially in the afternoon.

2. When your baby is sleeping, try to go to sleep, or at least relax so that you do not lack the time to rest. Do not take advantage by going outhouse.

4. You are not supermom. So find someone who can help you, at least to the problem of washing, ironing clothes, cooking and keeping the baby while you’re doing something else.

5. Do not be obsessed clean the house perfect condition as before you had children. You may see messy diapers, or coffee your ex-husband has not lifted. Let it occasionally; do not force yourself to always clean your house.

6. If you are planning a diet, wait at least two months after childbirth. Because these two months is needed to restore your body’s condition after puerperal, and so that milk production is not disrupted.

In addition, decreasing your body weight should not be too drastic because it will disturb the smoothness of your milk production. You are only allowed to lose weight 0.5 kg per week or no more than 2 kg per month.
