1. Eat wisely
“Many people eat small meals as they sit in front of the computer,” Hemmelgarn said. And if you’re one of them, try to think healthy, so you will not be too hasty to vending machines. We studied the dieters advised to use the message board and move the snacks from your desk and put it in a closet that is located quite far away.

2. Drink much water
Drink at least eight glasses every day and try to always keep a fresh bottle of mineral water at your desk all day.

3. Lunch
“I eat lunch at 11:30 AM, and at lunch time I just eat half portions,” said a principal diet. Try to schedule your lunch. Hemmelgarn also advised to bring lunch from home so you can adjust the feed intake of calories you eat.

4. Move
“Even just for ten minutes,” said Leanne Wagner, a professional fitness trainer based in Los Angeles. “Try to move and wake up whenever you have time.”

5. Practicing during recess
Practice before and after work to replace the lost movement when you work in front of the computer. “If your home closes to your workplace try to always walk to and from each. The road will also prevent your feet from the traffic and you will arrive at the house at the same time,” Wagner suggested. “But if you do not have time to exercise try to follow the gym or join a gym club in your area.”

6. Ask the help of friends.
Find coworkers who also have a weight problem, so you can encourage each other throughout the day, a healthy lunch together and train together during recess. “I am a weight watcher at work,” wrote one of dieters on a message board. “I have established a close relationship between peers (dieters) at my workplace. And I think it is very helpful on my success diet “.
