Dehydration can happen on all skin types and ages, especially for those who have dry skin types. Dehydration is caused by loss of water from the skin and occurs when the skin loses more moisture. Dehydration often causes the skin so thin and look wrinkled faster. Here are some ways you can do to prevent dehydration.

1. Drink plenty of fluids, normally you are advised to consume at least 8 glasses of fluid a day.

2. Sports drinks can encourage active people drink more fluids because of taste content and high sodium in it.

3. Avoid beverages containing caffeine and alcohol because they can cause dehydration.

4. Avoid beverages containing carbonate because combustion can cause bubbling or feeling full and prevent the fulfillment of your fluid intake.

5. Wear light-colored clothing, which can absorbs and fitting.

6. Keep in a cool place, protected from the sun and protect skin with sun block anytime.
